This project involved the end-to-end design and development of a suite of Savings emails, aligning with the newly launched rebrand and focusing on improving user experience.
It began with a comprehensive consultation to understand current user interactions, target audience behaviour, and key selling points. I designed visually engaging, user-friendly templates that reflected the new brand identity and encouraged higher engagement. Following launch, the emails saw a significant increase in click-through rates.

While leading the email rebrand and enhancing UX, I built modular templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This enabled the Marketing team to easily create emails in-house while maintaining brand consistency and design standards.
